Tripcatcher is the pick for UK sole traders who use their own vehicle for work and want the mileage claim worked out properly, including the VAT on fuel if you’re VAT registered. At £15 a year it’s an easy decision, especially if you use Xero. If you’d rather have every drive detected automatically, look at MileIQ. If you want receipts and mileage in one tool, look at Dext.
